Conco Horticultural
has served the South Florida community since 1984. Owners
Octavio Morales and James Grice have been in the landscaping
industry since 1976.
Together they have been involved in landscape installation
- for both Commercial and Residential accounts- as well as
interior landscaping, harvesting sod in the South Bay area,
tree farming in Boynton Beach and Delray Beach, and shipping
landscaping material and sod to the Bahama Islands.

Octavio
Morales
With over 20 years in the horticultural industry, Octavio
is primarily involved in purchasing and production at Conco.
With an extensive background in business and real estate,
Octavio has a keen understanding of the needs of our clients.
His hobbies include boating, camping, golfing, classic cars
and spending time with his family. Octavio has been a resident
of South Florida since 1962. He now resides in Weston, Florida.
James Grice
James has been in the horticultural industry since 1976, and
is primarily involved in sales, accounting and the technology
needs of the office. James also has a background in business
and real estate.
He presently serves on the Conservation Land Acquisition Selection
Committee (C.L.A.S.C.), an advisory committee to the Palm
Beach County Commissioners for the acquisition and preservation
of agricultural and environmentally sensitive land in Palm
Beach County.
He has also completed and instructed Dale Carnegie business
courses at the S.E. Florida Institute. He has been a resident
of South Florida since 1964 and now resides in Wellington,
Florida. James is an avid golfer and enjoys boating, computers
and spending time with his family.

Conco Horticultural

shrubs and trees, to full commercial or residential installations.

several days.

own equipment and our crews are well-trained and courteous.
